Faces and People

My Visual Art practice focuses on aspects of people and their environment- everyday and historical figures, drawn and designed from photos, their features and relationships to their environment determined by line, colour and form which is either solid, fluid or merging in an out of pictorial space. My subject matter and source material comes from a wide variety of sources- traditional portraiture, German expressionism, Japanese Art and photojournalism.
